Waste of money

This is complete waste of money. I have paid subscription to the print edition. I saw the app and installed and was charged subscription again. The app did not warn about that. Called the publishers of mag. Their stormy is app and its subscription is through another company. They can not help. Tried unsubscribing to the digital version and app does not show how. I am afraid these people will charge me again next year through automatic renewal.

Was 5 stars until the 7.0 update

Feel like taking a time machine back to 1994? Thats what the new update is like. Worst. User. Interface. Ever. Before the update this digital magazine was my favorite to read. Beautiful pictures. Great articles. Scrolling through the digital version was just like having the real magazine in my hands. After the update, I get a list of articles. Tap to read. Hit the back button to got back to the list. Tap the next article. You get the picture. Got a question about the new digital version? Tap the FAQs. Its obvious the FAQs arent even optimized for mobile or tablet. The best part is the contact form if you manage to find it. The developers dont even bother to answer your questions. They dont offer refunds so Im stuck with a useless digital mag. Buyer beware.

Unreadable text kills this app

Remember those old Mossimo shirts? The ones with the blurred font? Those were easier to read than the horror that passes for text in the iPad version of Entrepreneur. One would think the publication known for highlighting innovation and technology would be interested in taking advantage of Retina display. . .but evidently not. On top of that, the overall look and feel is clunky and unattractive rather than clean and simple as I suspect the designers were trying for. Too bad, I love the magazine, they just dropped the ball on the digital version.

Paid, but nothing is available

Just paid for one-year subscription in iTunes, and guess what.... none of the issues is available to read, still says I should buy an issue or subscribe. Tried to redownload the app, same result.

Was a good experience....

After I purchased the subscription, I read many of the articles- the layout was nice and things were easy to navigate. Then today I went back into the app and its like I never paid! Its asking me to pay again after I already paid for a year. I want my money back!

Same case as the other negative reviews ... I lost all my previously purchased items, including my current subscription (yes, I subscribed this magazine, which I used to consider as a serious one, for over a year), after the iOS 7 update. Entrepreneur has acknowledged they are having technical issues with this "new" (if you agree that more than two months is an adequate characterization as such) version, after trying to shift the blame to Apple. Once I asked for the cancellation of my subscription and the reimbursement of my previous purchases, their customer service simply became silent and unresponsive. How can a publication that mistreats its customers be taken seriously when disseminating knowledge and information to entrepreneurs? I hereby join the crowd that publicly demands a continued respectful treatment and my money back from Entrepreneur!

Everything work just fine! Layout and interactive contents look very clean. Enjoy reading it.

I owe you an apology...

I meant to say your magazine is a fantastic magazine....but your app is just horrible. Your famous mission statement matches the old app. Not this one. Its just all business. No heart. You were sparking entrepreneurs into action with the old app and giving social media stuff to share -enhancing your sources credibility with the youth and old alike EVERYWHERE. (Trusted Branding) You sparked subscriptions and individual mag sales with your distributors at airports and book stores, supporting mom n pop stores. Thanks to the old app. Not this one. Yes, I am a subscriber. But still, not a good move for those out there who arent. You were helping more than you seemed to know. Not with this app. In my opinion.

Does NOT work

I bought the annual subscription three days ago and still cannot access any issue. I wrote to the magazine support and received no answer. The only thing they did well was charging me.

Bad application

It has some good content but the user interface needs some work and it consistently has bugs.

Poor UX

The app doesnt save your place in an issue when you exit the app. Rather, when you reopen the app it shows you a splash screen and sends you to the Entrepreneur store. Why not automatically save a readers place in the issue they are reading if they have an issue open--rather than taking them to the store and losing their place in the issue?

CANT SHARE

I cannot share nor save my favorite articles. When I try to it closes the app.

Does not work

I bought the one year subscription 3 days ago and cannot access the content. I reported the problem in Itunes and in the app web site, but didn´t get an answer. I´m trying to get my money back, but without success yet.

Doesn’t Work

Past versions worked, though with flaws. The new app claims to authenticate me as a subscriber, or says it does, but doesn’t allow me to download any issues without paying $4.99 each. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Their support email is a joke, they don’t even read what you write and reply with canned FAQs.

Terrible app

I paid extra for the print + app version and the app does not allow me to register for the on-line version. Fix it soon, please.

Subscription problem

Cannot read even though I have paid for a subscription, it still says preview, or buy issue for $4.99 Ive tried "restoring previous purchases" as well and it didnt change anything.

They keep making it worst

This is incredible. I have never seen an app that actually gets worst with every update. I liked the fact I could see all the issues in front of me but now they took that away. And be carful flipping through the mags you will be sent to 2011. But what I dont understand is why I cant bookmark an article. It was there a at some point but now its gone. Who ever designed this app does not use it. I shouldve stayed with the print mag. Just to be clear I love the magazine but the app, well forget about it.
