Same case as the other negative reviews ... I lost all my previously purchased items, including my current subscription (yes, I subscribed this magazine, which I used to consider as a serious one, for over a year), after the iOS 7 update. Entrepreneur has acknowledged they are having technical issues with this "new" (if you agree that more than two months is an adequate characterization as such) version, after trying to shift the blame to Apple. Once I asked for the cancellation of my subscription and the reimbursement of my previous purchases, their customer service simply became silent and unresponsive. How can a publication that mistreats its customers be taken seriously when disseminating knowledge and information to entrepreneurs? I hereby join the crowd that publicly demands a continued respectful treatment and my money back from Entrepreneur!
